📦 1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the last item in your order to request a return.
✅ 2. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING A RETURN
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
Unused
Unopened, in the case of sealed products
In its original packaging
In perfect condition, without signs of handling or damage

If you placed your order using only a telephone number, use the return link included in the order confirmation SMS.
🚚 4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
👉 Slab Crow will only cover the return shipping costs when the product is defective or an error has been made on our part.
❌ 5. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
To protect the product and its value as a collectable item, we do not accept returns of unsealed or opened products when they cannot be resold in optimal condition.
Unsealed or opened products, including ETBs, booster packs and boxes
Individual cards or singles
Products showing signs of use, handling or damage
Products that are no longer in their original condition
⚠️ 6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We recommend checking your order when it is delivered.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at:

🔄 7. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you must request a return, provided that it meets the return conditions, and place a new order.
⚖️ 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — EUROPEAN UNION
Under applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

💳 9. REFUNDS
Once we receive the product and inspect its condition, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected.
If the return is approved:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method
The refund may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the refund will also include the cost of the standard shipping option used for the original purchase. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a shipping method other than the least expensive standard option available will not be refunded.

All products sold by Slab Crow are inspected and prepared at our facilities in Spain.
